2 week Jump Start

This program will jump start your goals!  You’ll have a variety of breakfasts, lunches, snacks and dinners to choose from for the 2 weeks. You’ll also have workouts from my Stacker program. These workouts are made to grow your exercise habits without making you feel over worked, tired, and overwhelmed. It’s designed to be a toe in the water to create new habits avoiding the feeling of being defeated before you get a chance to see results.

 

Run Your Bum

I have more and more runners all the time. Running is a great way to get in shape, lose weight and find that mental clarity that we ALL look for. The problem is that it’s been proven that we all need resistance training as we age, and runners don’t usually get enough  of these strengthening exercises. Runners also sometimes experience overuse injuries that can get in the way of their progress and running goals. I’ve made the Run Your Bum program with all of that in mind. It includes short but effective strengthening exercises, including sport specific movement that will help you to avoid overuse injury. It will include stretching and mobility work as well as some nutritional information so that you can fuel your run, creating a fat burning running machine. Using the Run your Bum program, you should be faster, leaner, and have more endurance.

 

1000 Mile Challenge

The thousand mile challenge is a free challenge that I want EVERYONE to participate in! Charge up your Fit Bit or download a step tracker on your phone. This is an “Activity challenge”! That means it isn’t about heart rate or sweat, or even consistent mileage. This has to do with how many steps you get in one day during everyday activity. So get up from your desk, take a walk around the cubicles..this challenge is for you.

 

Women on Weights

WOW! This program is so fun! Join me by doing my videos while I work one on one with clients teaching them how to use free weights to build muscle, increase fat burners, and sculpt and shape your figure. You may need to purchase a few things for your at home gym, but you’ll be happy that you did.
