Hey guys! I just wanted to remind you how hard you’ve been working. You text me, you work out, you watch your carbs, proteins and fats all week. I know you do, because you send me your percentages. I watch your food log! You beat yourself up if you have 2 pieces of Ezekiel bread instead of the planned on 1 slice.

So what are you doing right now? Contemplating Pizza? and how many drinks you’ll be having tonight?! Just because it’s Friday?

You all know that I’m no purist, and that I believe that life is for living. Drinks are for drinking 😉
But for real….don’t throw it all away. December is no time to be lax. December is for sticking to the plan. You have too many parties. Too many cookies available. Too many holiday meet ups with friends and family where there are extra special treats.

Friday night is no reason to spin out of control. You have plenty of other opportunities this month to eat treats and be relaxed about your program. Not today! There’s nothing special about Dec. 1.
