How do I see the workouts?
Using an app on your phone, receive workouts that are designed to burn calories and build strength.
What will I eat?
You will use the MyFitnessPal app to journal your nutrition. Using a guideline you will reach Macro and calorie goals.
What in the world does that mean?
Don’t worry! Jill will walk you through it!
What if I have a question?
